Companies are having trouble finding workers could it be due to the low-wage
help wanted signs are every where America going to back the Stone Age

due to the shortage of workers businesses can’t meet the demand
drowning themselves in debt slowly sinking into quicksand

The pandemic plays a big part struggling to find essential workers the labor cost
out of business signs posted up in a few years small businesses are lost

people getting unemployment why put your life on the line for the coronavirus when the employer doesn’t care
the economic collapse in a world of financial warfare

more people are leaving companies the poor leadership shows
the break in the supply chain everything starts to collapses like dominoes

there is a labor crisis in America it’s an on going problem how do you solve
increase the wages and better treatment to the employees just one suggestion to resolve
